We are conducting a feasibility study for a successful travel company based in Goa who wants to open a branch in the UK to promote bespoke holidays for clients looking for something different. Contact has been made with an existing travel company offering adventure holidays in India who is interested in creating a link between UK and India.
There is increased interest in the medical facilities offered in Goa and a local resort is in discussions with hospitals, doctors and medical practitioners to offer complete packages.
Opening discussions have taken place with Kingston College in the UK to promote UK curriculum at a new Business College being created in Goa. This will give young people the opportunity to attain the level of qualifications they would be seeking by travelling and studying in the UK but not have to leave home.
Following the success of the 2010 Goa River Marathon we have been asked to establish the viability of a small exhibition during the lead up to the event and on the day. Discussions are taking place between a major UK trade association and Food Processing companies in Gujarat and Goa to organise an Inward Mission from the UK to create joint ventures to promote the increased activity in food process manufacture. |
